  Career With Pragma

Pragma's Offer

Pragma will give its associates an opportunity to visit all avenues of a PR business - like business development, client servicing, strategizing for the client - you'll have the chance to be a part of brand building exercise that you'd have charted out and executed and would have been credited for. Over a period of time, we've learnt that money is a given - in the long term, its the recognition for one's work that keeps one ticking and wanting to do more. Mentorship from Preeti will give direction and provide a faster growth, given her vast experience in PR and media relations. Pragma also believes in mutual and homogenous growth. The business would have an outward customer focus but internally, its one team.

A remuneration comprising of fixed salary component and an incentive around business developed, for the duration the client stays with us. We also consider ourselves forward looking, hence, its a given that opportunities would be created to pave a growth path for all associates. We believe in a work life balance. Also, we're not out to grow over night. A 09:30am to 05:30pm work regime is what we believe in, a few exceptions may arise, but we try our best to avoid those.

Pragma's Expectation is just one - "Passion for PR and dedication to deliver"
